Same wine in new bottle, I mean same content put in another way.

"To break free from the trap of societal definitions, one must first embrace their true self."

As mentioned earlier, there are two types of individuals. The first type is characterized by the mind identifying with the body, taking complete ownership of it, and creating a state known as false ego. They act from this limited perspective. The second type, however, involves the mind acknowledging the presence of the Self that pervades all beings. In doing so, the mind becomes a tool for the expression of the infinite Self with no attachment to anybody. This article is primarily intended for those individuals whose minds are currently in the state of false ego.

As a software engineer working for corporate companies, I am constantly reminded of the two aspects of life: work and personal. We often discuss the importance of work-life balance, with “life” typically referring to our personal lives, often centered around our families. However, I can’t help but feel that something is missing from this equation. Despite trying various activities like vacations, buying material possessions, especially home, and engaging in social events, none of these things provide lasting fulfillment. But the hidden trap is that all these activities cost us money considerably and most of them are promoted by corporates. This establishes a never-ending loop of earning money through interaction with corporations, spending it in ways that return money to corporations, and then returning to corporations to earn more money.

Although I am aware of this trap, I find it difficult to break free from it. Nevertheless, I continue to search for a way out. Through this process, I have come to realize that there are two aspects of life: myself and the rest of the world, which includes my family, society, my work at the office, and everything else that comes to mind. The essence of this trap lies in removing yourself from the equation, allowing society to define who you are through various institutions, such as religion, education, and corporations. All these institutions are interrelated and can be considered as one.

To escape this trap, we must recognize and embrace our true selves. By doing so, we can break away from the herd mentality and create our own unique path in life. Out of the billions of people in the world, only a few thousand truly stand out because they have discovered their true selves and are living a life of their own choosing. This alignment with our authentic selves is well supported by the universe. The rest of humanity simply fades away like vapor dissipating from a pressure cooker, leaving no trace behind.

One easy way to find yourselves is to focus on the present moment and assess the various options you have. Choose the best activity for each moment, disregarding the general excitements that may arise on the surface of your mind. These excitements could be the result of long-standing societal habits. Instead, listen to the voice that comes from deep within you, which would guide you in choosing the best. For instance, I have noticed that whenever I feel exhausted, my hands automatically reach for the browser to type on “YouTube”. This is a habit that society has cultivated in me over time. It could also manifest as turning to alcohol, watching movies, going on long drives, or taking vacations. Although we may use these activities briefly to break the loop in our minds, they often end up capturing our attention for longer than intended.

To counter this, I patiently hold my breath and allow the waves of routine thoughts to pass by. This creates space, an opportunity for me to listen to my inner voice, which is the source of all creativity.

Additional Notes:

Each person possesses a unique inclination or talent, just as I have a passion for exploring the nonphysical aspects of ourselves and integrating that understanding with the physical world. This research has simplified and enriched my life, empowering me to think independently and share my discoveries with others. It brings me immense pleasure and fulfillment, surpassing the generic approach to relaxation prescribed by society. I have discovered what truly relaxes me, and it works perfectly for me. Likewise, everyone should explore their own path to relaxation. Moreover, expressing oneself has the potential to generate income, liberating individuals from the need to work solely for corporations. Spending whatever time workable in expressing yourself every day keeps the possibility of finding freedom alive.

Whether you believe it or not, the law of the universe brings whatever you have chosen. The paradox lies in the need to trust the universe unconditionally, with no doubt that it will bring forth what you have chosen. It requires being open to all paths instead of limiting yourself to a fixed way of achieving your chosen outcome. The best approach is to make a choice, then allow the universe to work its magic while you concentrate on doing your best at every moment.
