Visualization Technique

Recently, I learned about a manifestation technique from some people. According to this technique, if we imagine what we want to achieve in life and behave as if it has already happened, it will eventually manifest. However, I must admit that I’m not fully convinced by this approach. It seems as though we are trying to force the universe to give us what we choose, which reminds me of the behaviors of demons like Ravana. Rather than accepting the current state, we are rejecting it and imposing our own vision on the universe without caring about the impact of our choices on the world around.

The article I referred to in the reference, however, explains this technique in a way that resonates with me. There is a subtle difference that makes a lot of sense. Instead of fixating on a specific story that we believe takes us to an excited state, drop the story. Remain in that excited state and focus on giving our best at each moment and allow the universe to shape a story for us in the background that may differ from our initial imagination but takes us to the excited state. It’s important not to insist on the story we have envisioned, as our minds are limited by what we have learned and the environment we have grown up in. On the other hand, the universe is vast and holds infinite possibilities compared to our finite minds.

The universe will bring us that same excited state, but in a different, more harmonious, and simpler way than our minds can conceive. The path the universe chooses is the thrilling part of life, and our minds relish in that thrill. In essence, imagining a story is merely a means to reach an excited state and communicate our choice to the universe. From there, the universe will determine the best ways to achieve or sustain that state while we remain focused on doing our best without unnecessary worry.

“Embrace the excitement, release the story, and let the universe choreograph the dance of destiny.”

Note: Please note that if you are currently feeling sad, consistently sad for some reason, inadvertently you are conveying to the universe that you have chosen to be sad. Consequently, it will bring you more reasons to be sad. It is advisable to move on from this state and evaluate if there are other aspects of your life that bring you happiness. By embracing a happier state, the universe will recognize your preference for happiness and provide you with reasons to be happy.
