This subject comprises approximately 112 techniques. The idea is not to learn everything, but to focus on the technique that suits you best. This blog serves as a platform for me to record my understanding. My understanding of it may be complete or incomplete. Take this as a subtle suggestion and embark on your own exploration.

Focus on the gap between inward and outward breathing. Inward breathing is symbolic for birth, and outward breathing is for death. There is a gap between birth and death, as well as between death and birth. Who are you in those gaps? Even though I don’t know, I am some XYZ in the gap between death and birth. I will continue to be that XYZ between birth and death but illusioned to believe that I am a specific individual like Vijay.

When I perceive XYZ as an unbounded road, physical forms are mere bumps along the way. I am aware of XYZ, as well as the fleeting physical forms that appear for a brief span of time. When I perceive XYZ as an ocean, I become conscious of the countless forms that coexist within it, granting each form the freedom to express itself simultaneously. Although I have some understanding of XYZ, I leave it to you to explore and discover your own insights, as the process of exploration can be more enriching than simply hearing the answer.
