Concept:
I sensed that the energy of myself (Vijay, in this context) resonates at a specific frequency, which is influenced by various energies in the external world during interactions. At the same time, this resonance is also affected by the resonance of universal energy, such as that of celestial bodies like planets and stars. Underlying all of this is a pure energy that serves as the foundation for everything.
In parallel, there exists pure consciousness, and then consciousness associated with various identities—such as planets, stars, and individual physical bodies, among others.
It seems that, depending on the level of one’s consciousness, the body resonates with energy corresponding to that level.
The closer one (consciousness of a person or entity) aligns with pure energy, the more peaceful one becomes. Conversely, the more one is distracted by external energies resonating at different levels, the greater the resulting chaos.
Meditative Experience:
During my meditation today, I felt as though pure energy from the universe engulfed my body and mind, nurturing me with unconditional love. I sensed that at the level of each cell, energy unique to each cell expressed itself as Arjuna, while pure energy surrounded it as Krishna. Similarly, I felt that this pure energy enveloped the mind of Vijay as Krishna, and the energy specific to Vijay's mind as Arjuna. From the cellular level up to the mind, everything is being nurtured with unconditional love, and I also sensed that pure energy would guide individual energies much like Krishna guided Arjuna throughout his life.
As we interact with the world, we gradually become diluted by external energies, causing the influence of pure energy to diminish. This is why continuous meditation is needed to remember pure consciousness. Through this practice, the body and mind are consciously nurtured by unconditional love, which, in my opinion, is far better than the unconscious nurturing that occurs during sleep or in brief moments throughout the day.
It appears the entire universe is fundamentally about resonance. If one consistently resonates with pure consciousness, it becomes possible to remain centered in the resonance of pure energy, regardless of various external resonances. Weak individuals—those who lack consistency in their consciousness—tend to resonate with others easily who can convince them with their intellect or persuasion. Such weak individuals do not experience real growth and often end up being pawns in the hands of others. Strong individuals—those who are consistent in their resonance—can influence others to resonate with them and thus gain power, meaning the capacity to influence those around them.
Simplifying:
To put resonance in very simple terms, when I listen to a song, I tend to dance in tune with it. This means that, at that moment, I am resonating with the music. If there is immense joy associated with the song, I also feel joyful in those moments. If I listen to a terrorist leader and get convinced by him, I may start to resonate with his energy and, at that point, don't see anything wrong in bombing places and killing innocent people. On the other hand, if I listen to a peaceful and calm person, I begin to resonate with him, feeling peaceful myself and may be inclined toward noble actions.
It may be acceptable to resonate with others initially as part of learning; however, ultimately, embracing pure consciousness and resonating with pure energy is the highest state. Actions that arise from the body while in this state are of the finest quality (that people may admire you as God).
Time to read once again from the beginning at least twice.
Learning in silence:
This also demonstrates the concept of learning in silence. Traditionally, learning occurs through the mind by parsing words spoken by others. Unfortunately, the same word can be interpreted differently by different people depending on their state of mind. While this type of learning may be helpful initially, in the long run we should be able to learn in silence. For example, if a master whose consciousness is pure sits in silence and I sit close to him, slipping into silence myself, my individual energy will be influenced by the master's presence and begin to resonate at frequencies more and more aligned with his. In this heightened energy—resonating at frequencies closer to pure energy—I get a completely different understanding of the same words. This transformation of understanding is true learning, and all of it happens in silence, without a word being uttered.
