Your mind creates reasons for you to believe something is right and someone else is wrong. But what makes something good to you might be seen as bad by someone else. In reality, it’s neither good nor bad, right nor wrong. It simply exists. Your mind creates these concepts, and because you are so closely connected to it, you accept them as truth. This becomes the world you inhabit. What happens next? You evaluate everything in relation to this constructed world and pass judgment. That’s what it means to judge. When billions of people construct their own worlds and view reality through their own perspectives, it seems like there are billions of distinct realities coexisting, like parallel dimensions. Changing your construction alters your reality, making it feel like you’re shifting from one parallel reality to another.

“Do not judge others by the fruit they bear, for we are all products of our own unique orchards.”

The person before me is the result of many forces that have shaped the existence of our Milky Way, followed by the formation of galaxies, solar systems, planets, atmospheres, birth of species, evolution of human species and the inherited behaviors from ancestors and parents. Additionally, the influence of society has played a significant role in shaping their mind and their physical existence.

On the other hand, the non-physical aspect of this person’s being, the immortal essence within them, has experienced countless physical bodies in various environments. Their agenda for incarnating into this particular physical body may encompass a multitude of factors that we may not even be aware of.

The amalgamation of these physical and non-physical aspects defines the behavior of the person I am observing. This is true for everyone in the physical world. I, too, would have a completely different story and my perception would be based on my unique background. Therefore, how can I judge the person before me when we both come from such distinct backgrounds? I cannot compare apple with orange. Even though humans appear the same but they are different, like apples and oranges, which are not easily visible outside.

It is not my place to define a set of rules or moralities and impose them on another person. Instead, I must transcend my personal self* to see the world as it truly is, regardless of the circumstances**. By listening to my heart, or intuition, in each moment, I can take actions that are perfect for that instance and also in harmony with the world around me.

This art of listening to the heart automatically integrates me into the world in the most harmonious way. When I look at the world from a transcended self, I see everyone as they are and can shower them with unconditional love. I understand that their current state of being is a result of operating from their human mind, which may cause them to go through struggles and even project their mess onto me.

The act of transcending my personal self enables me to release any energy blocks that may have formed within me during times when I struggled to accept someone or something for various reasons. This allows energy to flow effortlessly through our bodies, keeping us constantly joyful and aiding in further expansion of our selves into the infinite.

*The personal self, which is rooted in sensory experiences, accumulated past experiences, and societal conditioning, is what makes us look at the world from our own perspective. This perspective often leads to judgment and drives our actions. However, this is not a holistic approach. Instead, I choose to restrict my human mind to experiencing the physical world and listen to my heart or intuition when making choices or decisions. Heart and intuition do not involve analytical thinking; rather, they guide us to do through feelings and such actions will be harmonious with the world around us.

**Circumstances can be as dire as having a torturous spouse, religious impositions, tolerating corrupt politicians, or being trapped in a culture of slavery imposed by corporations, among many other challenges. The world that came before us is perfect whether or not we realize. It has been evolving for countless millennia. We cannot fully comprehend its complexity and progress by only considering our own limited experience, which spans just a few decades. In the grand scheme of the physical world, which spans trillions or even zillions of years, our perspective is minuscule. It is comparable to evaluating the visual appeal of a building before it has been fully constructed, with materials strewn about, unfinished plating, incomplete furniture, leaking pipes that still need to be fixed, and exposed iron bars, among other things.
