Use the tool but not become a victim of tool. For example, use the phone but not become a victim of phone. Another example, use the mind but not become the victim of mind.
Every body has got sense of self confined to itself usually and this limited self is nothing but false ego. When the body realizes the true self (self that is pervading everybody), limited self is no more exist like drop ceases to exist when it merges into ocean.
From the point of true self, all bodies are part of it identified with itself (one self) like 50 trillion cells constitutes a human body identified with the one self of human body.
From the point of true self, every body is capable of doing something unique and loves to see them expressing that uniqueness. For example, a man seeing woman as an object can be changed when he switches his self to true self and from that point, body of woman looks like a part of himself with the potential to express something unique.
From the perspective of true self, everything becomes an intrinsic part of oneself. Consequently, forming relationships becomes impossible, as relationships require the presence of two or more separate entities. Since there is only me, everything I encounter is a part of me. This realization fosters an overwhelming sense of unconditional love towards all and an unwavering support for their individual journeys.
The body is governed by the mind until one realizes their true self. The mind is nothing but a collection of life experiences, takes on the role of the Self in this context. However, once this realization occurs, the true Self takes charge and directs the body, while the mind becomes a tool for the Self.
